Emily McGranaghan joined Boston City Group, INC in 2011. She provides expert and highly consultative representation of buyers and sellers in the marketing, purchase and sale of all tiers of Investment Real Estate. Emily has over 27 years of real estate experience and has successfully advised and represented individuals, families, professional athletes, small businesses, major corporations and institutional investors and developers in the purchase, sale, leasing and management of property in the Boston Area, and across the United States.
She specializes in sourcing and marketing:
-Multi-Family for Investment, Re-Development and Condo Conversion -Industrial for Investment, and Adaptive Re-use -Office Buildings and Portfolios
With a tireless work ethic and love for all things real estate, she has brokered and closed transactions involving the sale and/or leasing of multi-family assets, grocery-anchored shopping centers, office buildings, NNN properties, multi-tenant industrial buildings, luxury condominiums, land, mobile home parks and real estate securities.
Her investment practice has involved extensive 1031 Exchange work and the sale of alternative real estate investment securities including non-traded REIT’s, development and debenture fund equity investments, Oil and Gas Royalty Portfolio Interests, and Tenant-In-Common Investments.
Prior to joining Boston City Group, Inc., she worked for other distinguished firms including R.M. Bradley & Co., Inc., and Shorenstein Realty Services. Although she grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Emily is a Bostonian by choice who has lived in Boston for most of her adult life, and through multiple real estate cycles.
